Cancellation Policy
Any no shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours with have a non negotiable $75Â rebooking fee that will be charged to the credit card on file. Until that fee is paid, all services will be suspended. The time of our staff and clients are valuable to us. We ask that you respect their time, and the time of the clients following your appointment. Any appointments that are late by 10 minutes or more will be marked as a "no-show" and subject to the same cancellation fee.
Zero Tolerence Abuse Policy
Serendipity Luxe Ltd is an inclusive space that welcomes all individuals regardless of sexuality, age, race or gender.Â
Verbal or physical abuse towards staff or other patrons will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of services. We reserve the right to refuse admittance or service to anyone.
